Shipping and Returns
Dispatch / Handling Time
- We are in the best practice of dispatch in orders, we dispatch orders the same day we receive them.
- In our everyday routine, orders placed before 4:00 PM each day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM each day are dispatched to the next business day. Likewise, we take 2-5 business days to dispatch order, Our business days are Monday to Saturday.
- Sunday and any holiday and we do not process/dispatch any orders on Sundays.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Saturday are dispatch on the next business day,
Tracking your order
- For every order placed by you at woodmartshop.com, we provide a courier docket number which can be used to track the order package in transit.
- The docket number is provided by the courier service provider to us and we share it with you. You can track your order package on a third party courier website by using the shared docket number.
Time of delivery
- Delivery of an order is solely dependent upon the distance and logistics service we choose to deliver your order. We cannot ensure the exact time period of delivery, yet on average, it takes 2-7 business days for delivery.
- If you believe your order has been delayed more than the expected time period you can contact us at email@example.com or call us at TOLL-FREE -18008918320. We will inspect the issue and take the appropriate action.
RETURN PURCHASED ITEM
- If you wish to return your order, contact us within 3days of delivery of order mentioning the reason for return. Also, make sure, the package is not opened, assembled, or installed. On customized chairs, we do not accept returns on any condition.
Please meet the following conditions, in case you wish to return your order:
The product is in unused condition, packed, uninstalled
All the tags, stickers, materials, and packaging accompanying the product are intact
The product was delivered to you in the last 3 days
- If you meet the above conditions email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line of “Return Request Order ID--------
- Once we receive your return request, we will approve your request and share our address with you and further instructions.
- After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect the goods condition and initiate your refund accordingly.
REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED ITEM
If the item is damaged/defective/wrong product received, you can contact us at email@example.com or call us at TOLL-FREE -18008918320. Once we receive your return request, we will approve your request and share your address with our logistics partner.
