·         Step A: You must provide your entity details, i.e., the name of the entity, address (registered office address in case of companies), contact number, and GST number.

·         Step B: Select the category that you are interested in. Also, You’ll need to fill the form to register, providing the contact details of the contact person, like the name and email address, and mobile number.

·         Step C: Read the WOODMART Service Agreement, and if you agree with the terms and conditions of the said agreement, click on SUBMIT to register yourself as a merchant. After completing the above steps, you will be a registered marketplace merchant on woodmartshop.com. All you have to do now is share the list of your key products, which you want to sell through our portal, along with their images, at seller@woodmartshop.com. Our category managers will evaluate these items for consideration. Which documents do I require for registration and KYC procedure

     During the time of registration, you don’t have to submit any documents at all.

     However,   in order to start selling through Woodmartshop.com, you  need to have the following:

·         PAN Card: Personal PAN for business type as proprietorship and personal & business PAN for business type as a company.

·         GST  Number; An active bank account and supporting KYC documents (address proof and a canceled cheque )

·         No, a listing of a product on woodmartshop.com is absolutely free. We don’t charge anything for listing your catalog on our website. You only need to pay the commission for what you sell.

Collection Fees

   A small payment collection fee is charged to you for all prepaid and postpaid orders that you receive. The Collection fee will vary depending on the payment type chosen by the customer. For  order - Based on the Payment gateway, For an order - Based on cash collection charges. The collection fee will be calculated on the final selling price of a product. The final selling price is a sum of the amount paid by the Customer including shipping charges if any (Price of product + Shipping charges). This will remain the same for all sellers irrespective of the category and tier.

Fixed Fees

    Fixed The fee is a small amount charged for every successful sale transaction. A successful sale transaction is an order which has been successfully delivered to the customer and has not been returned. In case of customer or courier returns, this fee will not be charged. The Fixed fee will vary based on the order item value irrespective of category and seller tier.
